Background:

Paola quit studying for several years because she couldn't afford it. She learned
to sew and was working as a seamstress, which she still does to earn extra
money. She is the 3rd of 6 children in her family. Her father works for the
water department and her mother is a homemaker. She came to Legacy School
because she heard there might be help available for her to go to school, so at age 20 she was able to go to 10th grade through the scholarship program. She wants to be an accountant.
